This is the scarecrow that has stopped pretending to scare crows. The face has gone fully skull — bone white with sunken orange eyes, jaw bared in a thin grin — and a tattered witch's hat tilts above it, pinned with a small pumpkin and trailing straw across the brim.
Behind: a huge harvest moon washing the sky in cream, a single black crow crossing it, bare branches reaching in from the corners. The palette is autumn-horror: burnt orange ground, charcoal silhouettes, that bone-pale moon, straw-yellow stuffing leaking from the collar.
