Skeleton Lover Gives His Heart

Two skeleton lovers face each other in profile, foreheads nearly touching in a quiet, tender moment. The skeleton on the right offers up a plump red heart in his bony hands, holding it out as a vow — till death do we part — to his beloved across from him. She leans in with long flowing black hair tucked with a bright pink flower, delicate features, and glowing red eyes. His matching red gaze meets hers in return. Their skulls, spines, and ribs are rimmed with glowing pink and teal highlights that pulse with life — proof that even the dead can fall in love.

Behind them, a bold pop art backdrop pulses in hot pink and deep plum, framed by a cathedral-like arch of coral scales and a glowing heart haloing their heads. A high-contrast día de los muertos palette built on neon pink, coral, and crimson against cool teal, slate blue, and deep plum shadows. Thick ink outlines and flat saturated color make for a satisfying color-blocking session, with plenty of finer detail moments in the skull contours, rib arches, spine segments, and glowing rim highlights to finish on.
