Tiger Bathing in a Jungle Pool

For the kind of afternoon when you want a long, calm coloring session with low decision fatigue. The tiger is mid-bath in a clear jungle pool — paws under the water, body partly submerged, tail trailing through the surface — and nearly half the artwork is the water itself.

That ratio matters. Lots of soft blues and greens, lots of room to play with reflection and ripple. Where most wildlife illustration spotlights the animal, this one gives the environment equal billing, and the coloring experience feels closer to rendering a watercolor scene than filling in a portrait.

The face is alert but at ease, eyes ahead, ears up. The least confrontational tiger of the bunch.
