Pop Art Santa Portrait

A jolly Santa fills the frame with a wide delighted grin, bright blue eyes glancing off to the side and warm rosy cheeks glowing above a thick curling snow-white beard. His signature red hat sits tipped on his head with a big fluffy white pom hanging to one side, and bold white eyebrows and mustache frame his red smiling mouth. The beard flows down past the chin in painterly swirls, catching cool blue and pink highlights where the light hits.

Behind him, a splashy pop art background bursts in wedges of hot red, electric blue, kelly green, and sunny yellow, with abstract paint shapes scattered around his head for maximum impact. A high-contrast Christmas pop art palette built on classic Santa red and snow white against bold complementary blue and green, punched up by rosy pink skin and small gold accents. Thick painterly brushstrokes and clean color boundaries make for a satisfying color-blocking session, with big simple fields on the beard, hat, and background for fast blocking and plenty of finer detail moments in the curling beard strokes, fur trim, eye highlights, and background shapes to finish on.
