There is no sky in this one. The American flag fills the background instead — stars top-left, stripes radiating out behind the crown — and Liberty sits in front of it lit from below in cold green. The effect is closer to a propaganda poster than a tourist illustration, in the best sense.
The face is rendered in hard-edged facets, almost cubist, with the verdigris pushed toward gray-mint rather than the usual teal. Reds and dark navy do the rest of the work behind her. High contrast, low palette count, strong silhouette.
