- 00:00 We're coloring this realistic poinsettia Color by number by Simply Creative Colors.
- 00:06 I imported the numbered design into Procreate and loaded the Color
- 00:10 Palette PNG file for the color reference.
- 00:13 Working on a layer above the line work, I'm simply outlining shapes to use
- 00:17 Procreate's Color Drop feature.
- 00:20 Once each shape is outlined, Color Drop just fills that area.
- 00:27 As I continue to color, I'm adding new layers for each color,
- 00:30 placing each new layer below the coloring I've already done,
- 00:34 but above the line work.
- 00:36 Working on layers prevents you from accidentally impacting
- 00:40 what you've already completed.
- 00:43 This design has a really striking contrast between the strong red petals and the cool
- 00:47 frosty window behind the plant.
