Refund Policy

Simply Creative Colors, LLC sells digital products that are delivered electronically. Because of the nature of digital downloads, all sales are considered final once the files have been accessed or downloaded.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for digital products. Once a digital file has been delivered, it cannot be returned.

Refunds may be considered only in limited circumstances, including:

  • The file is corrupted or unusable and a replacement cannot be provided
  • You were charged multiple times for the same product
  • You purchased the item accidentally and have not downloaded the files

Refund requests must be submitted within a reasonable time and may require verification.

Most purchases are made through Etsy or other third-party platforms. All transactions are subject to the policies and procedures of those platforms.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original platform used for purchase, in accordance with that platform’s refund policies.

If you experience difficulty accessing or downloading your files, please contact us before requesting a refund. We are happy to help resolve technical issues and ensure you receive your purchase.
